GrowZbl ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the GrowZbl Estimator platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including but not limited to your name, email address, company name, phone number, and business address.

1.2 Billing Information

When you subscribe to the Service, payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not directly store your full credit card number, debit card number, or bank account information on our servers. We may receive and store limited billing details from Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card number, card brand, expiration date, and billing address, for the purpose of managing your account and providing customer support.

1.3 Project and Estimate Data

The Service allows you to create, store, and manage construction project estimates, including project names, descriptions, cost calculations, material quantities, labor estimates, service descriptions, terms and conditions, and other project-related data. This data is stored on our servers to provide the Service to you.

1.4 Client Data Stored by Users

You may input and store personal information about your own clients and customers within the Service, including but not limited to names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, and mailing addresses ("Client Data"). You are the data controller with respect to Client Data, and we process Client Data on your behalf as a data processor solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations from your clients and customers for the collection, storage, and processing of their personal information through the Service.

We automatically collect certain information about your use of the Service, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, features used, time and date of access, referring URLs, and other usage statistics. This information is collected to help us understand how the Service is used and to improve its performance and functionality.

1.6 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to facilitate the operation of the Service, maintain user sessions, remember your preferences, and collect analytics data. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent; however, some features of the Service may not function properly without cookies.

3. Third-Party Services

We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service. These third parties are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes for which it was disclosed and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL, access controls, and secure authentication mechanisms. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
